Saratoga County Homestead Private Paranormal Investigation

Welcome to The Saratoga County Homestead. These are private paranormal investigations of the building for up to 10 people. Groups are asked to arrive at 6:45PM for check in. A history tour/safety tour will begin at 7PM & upon conclusion you may begin your investigation. The investigation concludes at 4AM.

There are no bathrooms on the property so please plan accordingly. There is a Stewarts gas station 5.5 Miles from the building with restrooms however it closes at midnight.

The building has been abandoned for over 45 years & is open to the elements, if it is raining outside, it will be raining inside in some areas. The property has no power whatsoever so again, please plan accordingly for your equipment. You are permitted to bring a generator for power. 

Certain areas are strictly off limits for safety reasons, this includes the former head doctors home on the property. If anyone from your group is found in a restricted area of the property, you will be asked to leave & no refunds will be issued. 

Drinks & snacks are permitted. 

No alcohol or drugs of any kind. 

A tour guide will be on site for the entirety of your investigation to offer any assitance required. 

Filming for Youtube, live streaming, or any general recording is permitted & encouraged!

All guests MUST fill out both waivers prior to arriving for their scheduled investigation.
