1. Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes! We encourage our guests to bring any equipment they have. However, we also provide equipment for the investigations.

2. Do we get to sleep in the building?

No, unless otherwise specified in the event description.

3. Is there an age limit?

Some locations we visit set their own age requirements. Please check the individual event description you are interested in for this information.

4. Will I see a ghost?

We hope so! However, we cannot guarantee activity at ANY event/location.

5. Do you offer refunds on events/tour tickets?

Unfortunately, no. All ticket purchases are non-refundable. It is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure you are able to attend.
